Ordering & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Most orders ship free within the continental U.S. (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations). Residential delivery and lift gate service are included.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location and product availability, but most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days via freight carrier.
What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.?
Additional shipping fees apply for AK, HI, and international orders. Contact us for a quote before purchasing.

Warranty & Returns

Most new outboards include a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 3-5 years). Honda, for example, offers a 5-year no-strings-attached warranty on recreational motors.
What’s covered under warranty?
Warranties protect against defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear, improper maintenance, or accidental damage are not covered.
Can I return or exchange my outboard?
Due to the size and nature of outboard motors, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Installation & Maintenance
Do you offer installation services?
We ship outboards directly to you, but we recommend professional installation by a certified marine mechanic.
How do I maintain my outboard motor?
